Founder of Red Reef Anesthesia, Dr. Ronald Hayes, has more than 30 years of experience in the field of anesthesia. He received his licensure in 1988 and has since then greatly contributed to advancement in this medical field. He was one of the principal founders of one of the largest anesthesia groups in Chicago. They specialized in hospital-based anesthesia services, covering 8 hospitals and 2 ambulatory surgery centers.
